Unbefugt auf dem Territorium der Russischen Föderation befindender Personen

Illegal presence on the territory of the Russian Federation – a foreign citizen or a stateless person who has entered the territory of the Russian Federation in violation of established rules, or who does not have documents confirming the right to stay (residence) in the Russian Federation, or who has lost such documents and have not submitted a corresponding application to the territorial body of the federal executive authority responsible for internal affairs, or who are evading departure from the Russian Federation after the expiry of the period of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation, as well as those who have violated the rules of transit passage through the territory of the Russian Federation (ceased to be effective as of 2013-07-23)1.
