Expert Governance of the President of the Russian Federation

1. The Expert Management of the President of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - Management) is an independent unit of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

2. In its activities, the Management is guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws, decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, orders of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, as well as this Charter.

The Charter of the Management is approved by the President of the Russian Federation upon recommendation of the Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

3. The main tasks of the Management are:

providing expert-analytical support for the implementation by the President of the Russian Federation of his constitutional powers;

preparation of expert conclusions, analytical reports and other materials required by the President of the Russian Federation and the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation;

expert-analytical support for funding the activities of the President of the Russian Federation and the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation;

coordination of development and expert analysis of national projects
