Non-Judicial Water Protection Measures
"Non-judicial water protection facilities" - the following shore or floating reception points for pollution generated by vessels during their operation:
Pollution collection vessels;
Specialized piers for receiving sewage and waste;
Specialized cleaning vessels for receiving and processing part or all of the pollution accumulated on vessels;

1.2.45. Non-judicial water protection technical facilities (receiving devices at pollution collection points):
1) pollution collection vessels (item 1.2.11);
2) specialized piers for receiving sewage and waste;
3) specialized cleaning vessels for receiving and processing part or all of the pollution accumulated on vessels (item 1.2.12)
