Intentional Bankruptcy
Intentional bankruptcy, that is the commission by a director or founder (participant) of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur of actions (omissions) knowingly leading to the inability of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur to fully satisfy the claims of creditors in respect of monetary obligations and (or) to perform the obligation to pay mandatory payments, if these actions (omission) have caused significant damage,
is punishable by a fine in the amount from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period from one to three years, or compulsory labor for a term up to five years, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to six years with a fine in the amount up to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period up to eighteen months or without such a fine
