1. The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Finance of Russia) is a federal executive body performing functions in developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the areas of budgetary, tax, insurance, foreign exchange, banking activities, credit cooperation, microfinance activities, financial markets, government debt, auditing activities, accounting and financial reporting, production, processing and circulation of precious metals and precious stones, customs payments, determination of customs value of goods, formation and investment of pension savings funds, including those included in the payout reserve, organization and conduct of lotteries and gambling games, production and circulation of protected printing products, financial support for state service, investment of savings for housing provision of military personnel - participants of the accumulative-housing system, state regulation of activities of non-state pension funds, managing companies specialized in depositaries and actuaries for private pension provision, mandatory pension insurance and professional pension insurance (excluding state regulation of legal relations between a private pension fund and participants in the private pension fund, insured persons and their successors, as well as in relation to legal relations where the subject is the Russian Pension Fund), state regulation in the field of shared construction of multi-apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects, credit history bureaus
