Annulment of Securities
cancellation of securities - the registrar's entry of a corresponding record in the register of holders of registered securities in the case of the issuance of securities being deemed unsuccessful or invalid, as well as performing other operations for reducing the number of securities provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation

1.4. Cancellation of securities is one of the following actions:
1.4.1. Redemption by the issuer or registrar of certificates of securities for issued documentary bearer securities.
1.4.2. Entering by the issuer or registrar the corresponding entry in the register of holders of registered documentary securities (including performing operations related to conversion of securities and reduction of the total number of the issuer's securities) and redemption of certificates of such securities.
1.4.3. Entering by the issuer or registrar the corresponding entry in the register of holders of registered non-documentary securities (including performing operations related to conversion of securities and reduction of the total number of the issuer's securities)
