Precedent
Circumstances established by a verdict that has entered into force or another decision that has entered into force adopted within the framework of civil, arbitral, or administrative proceedings are accepted by the court, prosecutor, investigator, or detective without further verification. At the same time, such a verdict or decision cannot pre-determine the guilt of persons who were not previously involved in the considered criminal case.
