Savings of the Contractor
1. In cases where the contractor's actual expenses turn out to be lower than those taken into account when determining the price of the work, the contractor retains the right to be paid for the work at the price stipulated in the contract, unless the client proves that the savings obtained by the contractor affected the quality of the completed work.
2. The contract may provide for the distribution of the contractor's savings between the parties.
