Subjects of Municipal Procurement
Subjects of municipal procurement are municipal procuring entities, the authorized body responsible for carrying out functions related to placing orders on behalf of municipal procuring entities, specialized organizations, tender committees, participants in the placement of municipal orders, the authorized body responsible for oversight in the field of municipal procurement, and bodies performing functions and powers defined by current legislation and the Regulation on the procedure for forming, placing, implementing, and overseeing the implementation of municipal procurement
