Aviation organization, enterprise
1. For the purposes of this Code, an aviation enterprise is a legal entity regardless of its organizational and legal form and form of ownership, whose primary objective of activities is the provision for payment of air transport of passengers, baggage, cargo, mail and (or) performance of aviation works
