Amiksin

Amixin is a low-molecular synthetic compound belonging to the class of fluorenone, which acts as an inducer of endogenous interferon, a modulator of the immune system and an immunocorrector. The main producers of interferon are intestinal epithelial cells, hepatocytes, T-lymphocytes and other blood elements. It has a broad spectrum of antiviral activity against DNA- and RNA-containing viruses. The process of interferon production is one of the most important antiviral immune mechanisms of the drug used for the prevention of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections
