- auditor's conclusion, which is prepared in the case where the auditor considers that the financial statements of an economic entity contain material misstatements and may mislead users of the financial statements and (or) if during the audit the auditor has noted significant deviations from the order of accounting as provided by normative acts currently in force in the Russian Federation, and at the same time the auditor considers that a conditional positive auditor's conclusion cannot be prepared as a result of the audit (5, art. 2.4, 2.7)
