Bibliographical Monument of World Significance
4.1.1. World-level monuments include books that have universal significance for the formation and development of human society as a whole or are outstanding works of world culture:
- all ancient and medieval manuscript books,
- first printed editions (incunabula) and paleotypes, domestic publications of the 16th century,
- individual manuscript books, editions, and copies from both old and new (after 1830) periods,
- personal collections and funds of book monuments of world significance
