Undefended territory
Non-defended area – an area declared by one of the parties involved in the conflict, any populated place located in the area of hostilities or near it, which is open to occupation by the opposing party. All combatants and mobile military objects must be removed from the non-defended area, fixed military installations located within it must not be used for hostile purposes, authorities and population must refrain from hostile actions, and all military activity should be ceased
