Recognition of the results of scientific and technical activities as a unified technology
Recognition of the results of scientific and technical activities as a single technology means a documented expression of will <*> that the results of intellectual activity included in the results of scientific and technical activities form a complex object in the form of a single technology. Recognition of RNTD as a single technology implies imposing on the person who holds the right to a single technology the obligation to recognize and acquire rights to the results of intellectual activity that are part of the single technology, and to perform other obligations arising from the legal regime of a single technology. Recognition of RNTD as a single technology means consent to the acquisition of rights and acceptance of obligations arising from the legal regime of a single technology
