Registered postal shipments
12. Registered mail items include letters, postcards, and parcels, for which receipts are issued to senders upon acceptance, and which are delivered to recipients with a signature upon arrival. In addition, registered parcels are sent with an endorsement on the accompanying documents.

Registered postal item - a registered postal item (postcard, letter, secogram, parcel, first-class letter, first-class parcel, "Multiconvert" item), accepted without valuation of the contents, with a receipt issued to the sender and delivered to the recipient with a signature.
