Judicial Seizure


2. A thing that is the subject of a dispute between two or more persons may be placed in storage in accordance with sequestration by court decision (judicial sequestration).

The custodian for judicial sequestration may be either a person appointed by the court or a person determined by mutual agreement of the disputing parties. In both cases, the consent of the custodian is required unless otherwise provided by law.
