Emission Income of the Credit Institution (JSC)


Emission income of a credit organization in the organizational and legal form of a joint-stock company refers to:

the positive difference between the price of shares when sold to the first owners and the nominal value of the shares and (or)

the difference arising from payment of shares in foreign currency, between the price of shares calculated based on the official exchange rate of foreign currency relative to the ruble established by the Central Bank of Russia (hereinafter - the exchange rate of foreign currency established by the Central Bank of Russia) on the date of funds transfer to the charter capital, and the price of shares set in the decision on the issuance of shares, and (or)

the difference arising from paying shares with federal loan bonds with a fixed coupon income between the cost of such bonds at market price on the day they are credited to the relevant sections of the credit institution's deposit account and the price of bonds when paying shares
