Apparatus of the Arbitration Court
1) organizes the pre-trial reception of persons involved in the case;
2) receives and issues documents, certifies copies of court documents, sends out and delivers documents, checks payment of state fees and court expenses to be deposited into the account of the arbitrazh court, as well as arbitrazh fines;
3) assists judges in preparing cases for consideration at court hearings;
4) keeps records of case movement and deadlines for their processing in the arbitrazh court, carries out storage of cases and documents;
5) studies and generalizes judicial practice;
6) prepares proposals for improving laws and other normative legal acts, performs information and reference work;
7) maintains statistical records in the field of arbitrazh court activities;
8) ensures material and technical support for the arbitrazh court, provides social and domestic services to judges and staff of the arbitrazh court
