"registry of expenditure obligations of the State Extra-Budgetary Fund of the Russian Federation" - a register (list) maintained by the State Extra-Budgetary Fund of the Russian Federation of normative legal acts and contracts and agreements concluded by federal executive authorities on behalf of the Russian Federation, as well as individual articles, paragraphs, sub-paragraphs, and clauses of such normative legal acts, contracts, and agreements, which provide for the emergence of expenditure obligations of the Russian Federation that, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, are to be fulfilled at the expense of the budget of the State Extra-Budgetary Fund of the Russian Federation, with indication of the amount of funds from the budget of the State Extra-Budgetary Fund of the Russian Federation necessary for fulfilling the corresponding expenditure obligations
