Bank Long-Term Liquidity Ratio (N4)
3.5. The long-term liquidity norm of the bank (N4) regulates (limits) the risk of loss of liquidity by the bank as a result of placing funds in long-term assets and determines the maximum allowable ratio of the bank's credit claims with a remaining term to the date of maturity exceeding 365 or 366 calendar days, to the bank's own funds (capital) and liabilities (passives) with a remaining term to the date of maturity exceeding 365 or 366 calendar days, adjusted by the amount of the minimum aggregate balance of funds on accounts with a performance period up to 365 calendar days and demand accounts of individuals and legal entities (excluding credit institutions), determined in accordance with the procedure established by paragraph 3.7 of this Instruction. The long-term liquidity norm of the bank (N4) is calculated using the following formula:
