Execution Fee


1. The enforcement fee is a monetary penalty imposed on a debtor in cases of non-performance of an enforcement document within the period established for voluntary performance of the enforcement document, as well as in cases of non-performance of an enforcement document subject to immediate execution within 24 hours from the moment of receipt by the debtor of a copy of the court bailiff's decision on initiation of enforcement proceedings. The enforcement fee is credited to the federal budget.
