4.1.5. Account "B2" (hereinafter - special bank account "B2") (account code 18) - is opened for a non-resident for settlement and transfers when providing a resident with a loan or credit in the currency of the Russian Federation; for purchasing from a resident domestic non-issuance securities, including settlements and transfers related to the transfer of domestic non-issuance securities (rights evidenced by domestic non-issuance securities); for transferring domestic non-issuance securities to the benefit of a resident (excluding the bill of exchange, which is a domestic security referred to in sub-item 4.1.4 of item 4.1 of this Instruction), including settlements and transfers related to the transfer of domestic non-issuance securities (excluding the bill of exchange, which is a domestic security referred to in sub-item 4.1.4 of item 4.1 of this Instruction) (rights evidenced by non-issuance securities (excluding the bill of exchange, which is a domestic security referred to in sub-item 4.1.4 of item 4.1 of this Instruction)
