184) digital electronic computer - equipment that is capable of performing all the following functions in the form of one or more discrete variables:
a) receiving input data;
b) storing data or commands in permanent or changeable (rewritable) storage media;
c) processing data by means of a sequence of recorded commands, which may be modified; and
d) providing output of data (category 4 and part 1 of category 5)1
