Topology of an Integrated Circuit


1. The topology of an integrated circuit is a fixed spatial-geometric arrangement of the set of elements of the integrated circuit and the connections between them. An integrated circuit is a microelectronic product in final or intermediate form intended for performing the functions of an electronic circuit, with its elements and connections inseparably formed within the volume and (or) on the surface of the material from which the product is manufactured
