Service Building

An auxiliary structure is defined as a building that has a secondary significance relative to the main building on the land plot. Auxiliary structures are often of non-capital construction type, and during technical inventory their internal spaces are not measured or accounted for.

Auxiliary structures include sheds, garages (for individual use), awnings, yard cellars, etc.
