Embassy of the Russian Federation
1. The Embassy of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Embassy) is a state body of foreign affairs of the Russian Federation, representing the Russian Federation in the country of residence.
The Embassy is established by decision of the Government of the Russian Federation upon establishment, based on the President's decree of the Russian Federation, of diplomatic relations with the corresponding foreign state at the level of embassies.
The Embassy is part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the MFA of Russia).
