Separate Division of the Organization
a separate unit of an organization - any territorially separate unit of the organization, at the location of which stationary workstations are equipped. Recognition of a separate unit of an organization is carried out regardless of whether the creation of such a unit is reflected or not reflected in the founding or other organizational and managerial documents of the organization, and regardless of the powers granted to the said unit. A workstation is considered to be stationary if it is created for a period exceeding one month;
