47) state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation - legislative (representative) state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and senior officials of the subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the highest executive bodies of state authority of the subjects of the Russian Federation), elected directly by citizens of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, this Federal Law, other federal laws, constitutions (charter) and laws of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as other state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation provided for by the constitutions (charters) of the subjects of the Russian Federation;
