Workers of the Penal Enforcement System
Persons belonging to the criminal executive system include individuals holding special ranks of criminal executive system employees (hereinafter - criminal executive system employees), workers and staff of institutions carrying out punishments, associations of institutions with special conditions of economic activity, federal state unitary enterprises of the criminal executive system, the federal criminal executive system body and its territorial bodies, as well as pre-trial detention centers, enterprises, research, design, medical, educational and other institutions that are part of the criminal executive system
