1. The Government Commission on the Implementation of Information Technologies in the Activities of State Bodies and Local Self-Government Bodies (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) is a coordinating body established to ensure coordinated actions by federal executive authorities and executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in developing and implementing state policy in the field of developing and utilizing information technologies in state administration, including matters related to forming an information society and electronic government in the Russian Federation
