Unsecured sale and purchase transaction of securities
For the purposes of these Rules, an uncovered transaction is a transaction involving the purchase or sale of securities (excluding forward transactions concluded on a stock exchange), which simultaneously meets the following conditions:
conducted on the trading venue of the market organizer (including when, in accordance with the rules for conducting trades, transactions are concluded based on orders with a clearing organization) under clearing conditions with full collateral and/or under conditions of performance of obligations under the transaction on the day of its conclusion;
at the moment of concluding a transaction, the amounts of funds accounted for on the internal accounting account for client settlements with respect to cash, or the quantity of securities accounted for on the internal accounting account for client settlements with respect to securities, futures contracts and options, taking into account the rights to claim and obligations to pay cash and deliver securities under previously concluded transactions, the performance of which must be completed no later than the end of the current working day and/or executed on the trading sessions of the trading organizer (including when, in accordance with the rules for conducting trades, concluding transactions based on orders is carried out with the clearing organization) on a full collateralization basis, after deducting the cash/securities specified in paragraph 11.1 of these Rules, are insufficient to fulfill obligations under such transaction
