Production cooperative (artel)
1. A production cooperative (artel) is a voluntary association of citizens based on membership for joint industrial or other economic activities (production, processing, sale of industrial, agricultural and other products, performance of works, trade, household services, provision of other services), based on their personal labor and other participation and the pooling of property contributions by its members (participants). According to law and the founding documents of a production cooperative, legal entities may participate in its activities. A production cooperative is a commercial organization.

A production cooperative (artel) (hereinafter - cooperative) is a voluntary association of citizens based on membership for joint production and other business activities, based on their personal labor and other participation and the pooling of property shares by its members (participants). The founding document of the cooperative may provide for the participation of legal entities in its activities. A cooperative is a legal entity - a commercial organization.
