Contract of Carriage of Passengers
1. Under a passenger transportation contract, the carrier is obliged to transport the passenger to the destination point, and in the case of the passenger handing over luggage, also deliver the luggage to the destination point and hand it over to an authorized person entitled to receive the luggage; the passenger is obliged to pay the established fare for travel, and when handing over luggage, also pay for the transportation of the luggage
