11) heat supply organization - an organization that sells thermal energy (capacity), heat transfer agents to consumers and (or) heat supply organizations, and owns sources of thermal energy and (or) heat networks in the heat supply system on the right of ownership or other lawful basis, through which heat supply of consumers of thermal energy is carried out (this provision applies to the regulation of similar relations involving individual entrepreneurs);
