6. Types of presidential communication:
encrypted, confidential, and open telephone communication, including direct international encrypted and open telephone communication with heads of state and heads of government of foreign countries that have established such communication with the Russian Federation on the basis of intergovernmental agreements;
encrypted document communication, including direct international encrypted document communication with the residences of heads of state and heads of government of foreign countries that have established such communication with the Russian Federation on the basis of intergovernmental agreements
