3. FREE (CONTRACTUAL) PRICE FOR CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS (execution of construction works or provision of services) - this is a price established by the investor (client) and the general contractor (general contractor and subcontractor) on an equal footing when concluding a contract for capital construction or capital repair of buildings and structures (subcontracting agreement), including as a result of conducting tenders (construction bidding). This price is formed taking into account the demand and supply conditions for construction products, prevailing market labor conditions, cost trends and materials used, machinery and equipment applied, as well as ensuring profit for the contracting organization to enable expanded reproduction
