Shutdown of the machine's operations due to organizational causes
Idle time due to organizational reasons arises as a result of poor organization of labor and production. These include idling caused by lack of coordination between mechanized processes and adjacent ones. For example, the idling of an excavator due to untimely delivery of dump trucks. This category also includes idling caused by breakdowns or damage to machinery resulting from poor maintenance or low-quality repairs, as well as interruptions in the supply of fuel, energy, steam, materials; delays in issuing tasks or instructions from technical personnel, etc.
