Organ of public initiative

A self-governing public organization is a non-member-based public association whose objective is to jointly address various social issues arising for citizens at their place of residence, work or study, aimed at meeting the needs of an unlimited number of people whose interests are linked with achieving the objectives and implementing the programs of the self-governing public organization at the location of its establishment.

A self-governing public organization is formed on the initiative of citizens interested in solving these problems, and operates on the basis of self-management according to the charter adopted at a meeting of founders. A self-governing public organization has no superior bodies or organizations above it.

In the case of state registration of a self-governing public organization, this body acquires the rights and assumes the obligations of a legal entity in accordance with the charter.
