District (Naval) Military Court
1. The regional (fleet) military court operates on territories defined by federal law within one or several subjects of the Russian Federation, where units and institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations, and bodies are stationed.

2. The regional (fleet) military court is established in the composition of a chairman, his deputies, and other judges.

3. A presidium is formed in the regional (fleet) military court; judicial collegia and (or) judicial panels may be established.
