Putting new oil wells into operation

45. The commencement of operation of new wells shall be considered as follows:

for oil wells - the moment when an oil well, accepted into the balance sheet of a legal entity engaged in oil production and credited to the operational fund, has been put into operation, connected to the field oil gathering collector, its operating mode has been established, and it has been put into industrial operation for oil production. From this moment onward, the well is included in the active fund, and daily records of its performance indicators are maintained in primary accounting documents;

for injection wells - the moment when the well, accepted into the balance of the legal entity engaged in oil production and credited to the operational fund of injection wells, has been put into operation, connected to the corresponding facilities, its operating mode has been established, and it has been commissioned for industrial use upon receipt of the working agent (for maintaining reservoir pressure or for other methods of increasing oil recovery from reservoirs). From this moment onward, the well is included in the active fund of injection wells, and daily records of its operational indicators are maintained in primary accounting documents
