Expert-Qualification Commission of the Federal Service for Control over Narcotics of Russia
1. The Expert-Qualification Commission of the Federal Service for Drug Control of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) is a permanent body established for the certification of the right to independently conduct judicial expert examinations and for reviewing the level of professional training of experts from the expert-criminalistics units of the bodies responsible for controlling the circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (hereinafter referred to as experts)
