Chairman of the Board of the Housing Owners' Association
1. The chairman of the board of the homeowners' association is elected for a term established by the association's charter. The chairman of the board ensures the implementation of the board's decisions and has the right to issue instructions and orders to all officials of the association, which must be carried out by those officials.
2. The chairman of the board of the homeowners' association acts without a power of attorney on behalf of the association, signs payment documents and enters into transactions that, in accordance with legislation, the association's charter do not require mandatory approval by the board of the association or the general meeting of members of the association, develops and submits for approval by the general meeting of members of the association the internal regulations of the association concerning employees whose duties include maintenance and repair of common property in a multi-apartment building, provisions on payment of their labor, approval of other internal documents of the association provided for by this Code, the association's charter and decisions of the general meeting of members of the association
