6.4. In so many days from the presentation of the bill.
A bill with such a term is convenient for the payer because it allows him to prepare for payment. The use of this term makes the day of presentation very important, as the period of payment begins from it. The day of presentation is considered to be the payer's notation on the bill indicating agreement to pay or the date of protest. The calculation of the payment period is carried out in the same manner as for bills in so many days from the issuance (6.2).
A bill with a term of so many days from presentation must be presented for payment within one year from the day of its issuance, unless otherwise stipulated in the bill itself. For this, it is necessary to present the bill to the payer in good time so that the final presentation deadline does not exceed the annual period.
