Authenticity of a Cultural Heritage Object
Authenticity: a determining factor of the value of a cultural heritage object. Understanding the significance of authenticity plays a fundamental role in all scientific research on issues related to cultural heritage and is determined by four main parameters: authenticity of "material" ("substance"), authenticity of the "craftsmanship" of execution, authenticity of the original "intention" (that is, authenticity of "form") and authenticity of "context"
