Set of goods
1. If the sales contract provides for the seller's obligation to deliver a specific set of goods to the buyer (set of goods), the obligation is deemed fulfilled from the moment all goods included in the set are transferred.
2. Unless otherwise provided for in the sales contract or unless it follows from the nature of the obligation, the seller must transfer to the buyer all goods comprising the set simultaneously
