Simple promissory note of the Russian Pension Fund (PFR)
1. A simple bill of the Russian Federation Pension Fund - a bill in which the drawer is the Russian Federation Pension Fund - is issued in Russian rubles within the amounts determined by Government Decree No. 750 dated July 10, 1998 "On Measures to Reduce Credit Servicing Costs and Ensure Timely Financing of Pension Payments." At the same time, the face value of the bills, maturity period, and yield are set by the fund independently.
