Special Jurisdiction of Cases by Arbitral Courts
1. Arbitration courts consider cases:
1) on insolvency (bankruptcy);
2) in disputes specified in Article 225.1 of this Code;

3) in disputes regarding refusal to register, avoidance of state registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs;
4) in disputes arising from the activities of depositories related to the accounting of rights on shares and other securities and the performance of other rights and obligations provided by federal law;

4.1) regarding disputes arising from the activities of state corporations and related to their legal status, management, establishment, reorganization, liquidation, organization, and powers of their bodies, liability of individuals serving in their bodies;

4.2) regarding disputes on the protection of intellectual property rights involving organizations engaged in collective management of copyright and related rights, as well as disputes assigned to the jurisdiction of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 34 of this Code;

5) cases concerning the protection of business reputation in entrepreneurial and other economic activities;
6) other cases arising from the conduct of entrepreneurial and other economic activities, in cases provided for by federal law
