Internal land management
Internal land management is carried out in order to organize the rational use of agricultural lands and their protection, as well as lands used by communities of indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation and individuals belonging to these peoples, in order to ensure their traditional way of life.
When carrying out internal land management, the following types of work are performed:
organization of the rational use of land plots by citizens and legal entities for agricultural production, as well as organization of territories used by communities of indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation and individuals belonging to these peoples, in order to ensure their traditional way of life;
development of measures to improve agricultural lands, development of new land, restoration and conservation of land, reclamation of disturbed land, protection of land from erosion, mudflows, flooding, wetting, secondary salinization, drying, compaction, contamination with waste from production and consumption, radioactive and chemical substances, infestation and other negative impacts
