1) information regarding the activities of state bodies and local self-government bodies - information (including documented information), created within their authority by state bodies, their territorial offices, local self-government bodies or organizations subordinate to state bodies or local self-government bodies (hereinafter referred to as subordinate organizations), or information received by these bodies and organizations. Information regarding the activities of state bodies and local self-government bodies also includes laws and other normative legal acts, and information regarding the activities of local self-government bodies includes municipal legal acts establishing the structure, authority, procedures for formation and operation of these bodies and organizations, as well as other information relating to their activities;
